What I Ate...

Breakfast.

Trail mix.

Lunch.

Mini treat.

Dinner started with strawberries.

Salad with veggies and beans.

Dinner- tortilla filled with chicken and cheese along with 3 perogies. 

After my hour long treadmill workout. 2 sugar free pops!!

Off to watch Big Brother!!!
