    1. Thanks for the comment!! I am 5'9. I am no unhappy with my weight but wish I was just firmer. I have not put in the effort and I really need to focus on that!!! PLANKS!!!!

  2. That's the problem with weekly weigh-ins! I think you see more blips, although it's also a good scare tactic!

  3. I LOVE that sign...so true. Nice to read your blog - your mileage is impressive! Are you training for an event? I think 10 miles is the furthest I've ever run, but for now, I'm just working my way back up to 4 & 5 mile runs. I'm pretty pleased with myself for surpassing the 5k mark again recently :) Starting over again is H.A.R.D.!!

    1. Running does not come easy to me. I am not a fast runner by any means, but I do run. My running group is amazing and I do most of my long runs with them. I agree with the starting over being hard!! Good job for getting back out there!!!
